Matt Pasienski co-founded Pact after roles as a Data Scientist and Product Manager at Ooyala, co-founding Wizeline, and serving as CEO of Wize Services. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Illinois and a BA in Physics and Math from UC Berkeley. His background is in applying data-driven approaches to solve complex problems.

Julián Limón Núñez co-founded Pact after experience that included leading global programs at PwC and HP, and building the Project Management, Technical Writing, and Solutions teams at Wizeline. He holds a Master's in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley and a BS in Computer Science from ITESO (Jesuit University of Guadalajara). He focuses on systems, process, and team leadership.
